So it appears happiness is a state of mind that just may be one of key factors to a healthy and long life. For me the idea of becoming a centenarian is only interesting if it is a by product of a quality experience in this journey we call life. Apparently there are four “hotspots” around the globe where people live to a hundred or more in great numbers. But interestingly enough more than just longevity – the peoples of these “zones” enjoy strength, vitality and yes…HAPPINESS. Regular exercise, tending to their gardens, and remaining active members of their communities as well as eating delicious food, lusting and enjoying sex all seem to promote healthy and sustainable conditions for a life well lived. They calls these areas The Blue Zones where a cross-cultural recipe of the world’s best health and lifestyle practices are being observed and tracked. The Beatles were a rock and pop band from Liverpool, England that formed in 1960. During their career, the group primarily consisted of John Lennon (rhythm guitar, vocals), Paul McCartney (bass guitar, vocals), George Harrison (lead guitar, vocals) and Ringo Starr (drums, vocals). Although their initial musical style was rooted in 1950s rock and roll and skiffle, the group worked with different musical genres, ranging from Tin Pan Alley to psychedelic rock. Their clothes, style and statements made them trend-setters, while their growing social awareness saw their influence extend into the social and cultural revolutions of the 1960s. After the band broke up in 1970, all four members embarked upon successful solo careers.
This version is based on the 1968 Yellow Submarine animated feature film.

inhabited by a slightly freaky bug.

It was Valentines over the weekend. Did anyone notice? Did anyone care?
Never mind the romantic hype, I went to an awesome metal festival called RottenHeart at a local club, and it was fantastic. And not a bit mushy!:D

Kristin is a fast talker.
Kayla gets furious with Kristin and her fast talking.
Seems like the more they play together, the more they fight and argue. I’m really not looking forward to the teen years.
